This Privacy Policy applies to the HexA8085 mobile application (“the App”) operated by Hirdaya Shrestha (“Service Provider”).

Information Collection and Use

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. HexA8085 is a fully offline microprocessor simulator. All user-generated content - including assembly code, loaded programs, and simulation state - is stored exclusively on the user’s device.

Network Requests

The App makes no network requests of any kind. It does not fetch remote resources, communicate with servers, or download content from the internet. The simulator operates entirely offline.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting tools. There are no third-party libraries that collect or transmit data.

Data Storage

All App data, including assembly source files and simulation state, is stored locally on the device. The Service Provider does not operate any backend servers and has no access to user data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

The App operates entirely offline with no data transmission. All data remains on the device under the user’s control.
